Are you in need of some inspiration on what to create?
I put together several cards for my Open House last weekend so I thought I would share some of those with you, along with the "rough" sketches I used to create each.
Bare with me - my sketches are VERY rough - but hey they help me create so they work :)
PLUS if you post a picture of what you create on our Facebook Group you will be entered to win a sweet little treat from me!
AND like I mentioned in the video - there are some great sales on from October 1-5 in celebration of World Card Making Day. See below for the list of products.

I also mentioned in the video about my upcoming In Color Card Class - there are still some spots available and you can check out all the details by clicking here.
One thing I have been learning about my card making abilities lately is that I work better when I have a design to start from as inspiration (instead of just diving in and trying to make a card). Typically this involves using a pre-made sketch or a card I've seen elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteI have been doubting my abilities of actual original design as of late, but your video has encouraged me to try my hand at sketching a design myself, even if that's using elements from other designs as inspiration.
