Have you seen the new PaperPumpkin website! It has a sleek new design, simpler navigation, and a greater focus on our amazing kits! The FAQ has been removed, but they have implemented the information into the new How It Works page. They made some small changes to the sign up process, but the steps to subscribe and manage your account remain the same. (Yay, you don’t have to learn a new process!)

Don’t forget—if they use promo code “BOGO” by October 10, you’ll get the October kit for $26.95 CA and the November kit for FREE! You don't want to miss out on that great day!

For more details click here.

Have you checked out the clearance rack lately on the Stampin' Up! Online store. There are some great deals there including:

• Photopolymer Stamp sets
• Project Life kits
• Punches
• Embossing folders
and more.

Check out all the great deals by clicking here and going to SHOP NOW. Click on the Clearance Rack tab on the left hand side. Don't wait too long as supplies are limited. Plus you could save on shipping if you add your order on to mine...see details below.

Designer Tin of Cards Project Kit sale

So I mentioned yesterday that one of the World Card Making Day sale items is the Designer Tin of Cards. From Oct 1-5 you save 25%. It was $36 and for a limited time it is $27.

Who says organization has to be boring? This fun printed tin gives you plenty of room to store the cards that you make from this kit, plus room for more. Kit includes tin and enough card bases, accents, and envelopes for 16 cards, 4 each of 4 designs. Coordinates with Designer Tin of Cards Stamp Set (item 141739). Stamps, ink, and adhesive sold separately.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this great price - we can plan a night where you can use the stamp set and inks not included to put this Tin of Cards together for a cost of $10. Or you can purchase those items as well and create the kit at home. I know I will be purchasing a few sets to give away as gifts. Need more information - contact me at or 613-888-0589.

Here is a video from Stampin' Up! about this kit.

Don't forget about the other great promotions on right now - check out the list of items on sale for World Card Making Day by clicking here.

And I mentioned this during my Open House weekend - Designer Series Paper Sale

During the entire month of October, you can buy three packages of Designer Series Paper and get one FREE! That’s great news since everyone can use more Designer Series Paper. Check out the full details and resources, and don’t let anyone miss this great opportunity to save.

I will be placing an order on Oct 5th - so email me if you would like to add to that order and save on shipping (only 10%)

And here is another template and card idea for how to use DSP and get your ready for World Card Making Day - have fun creating!

If you didn't already hear this Saturday, October 1st is World Card Making Day!

Are you in need of some inspiration on what to create?
I put together several cards for my Open House last weekend so I thought I would share some of those with you, along with the "rough" sketches I used to create each.
Bare with me - my sketches are VERY rough - but hey they help me create so they work :)

PLUS if you post a picture of what you create on our Facebook Group you will be entered to win a sweet little treat from me!

AND like I mentioned in the video - there are some great sales on from October 1-5 in celebration of World Card Making Day. See below for the list of products.

If you are interested in placing an order please email me at
AND to save on shipping you can add your order to mine and only pay 10% shipping.
I will be submitting an order on October 5th @ 8pm.

If you have any questions feel free to email or phone (613-888-0589)

I also mentioned in the video about my upcoming In Color Card Class - there are still some spots available and you can check out all the details by clicking here.

First of all I can't believe this Saturday is already the start of October! September went by in a blur. The temperatures are cooler and the leaves are - sort of - changing and you can smell and taste pumpkin spice everywhere! Fall is definitely here and Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

And with that brings - World Card Making Day!

Do you remember the last time you received a card in the mail? In a sea of junk mail and bills, a card is a simple thing that really stands out to the person who receives it. Sending a card is a small gesture that shows just how much you care about that special someone in your life. With World Card Making Day coming up on October 1, celebrate by creating and sending a handmade card to someone who could use a little recognition, love, or just a boost (which is anyone, really!).

ALSO in celebration, I’ll have discounts for you on select card making essentials and I'll share those with you tomorrow and provide a few ideas for some cards you can be making!

PLUS if you post a picture of a card you make on #WCMD2016,  you'll get entered to win a sweet little surprise from me :)

Share this with your friends to get everyone excited for World Card Making Day!

I am so excited to share with you another class that I will be offering in November!

When I saw the Candy Cane Lane designer series paper and stamp set I knew it was something I was going to use A LOT for this upcoming holiday. It can either look fun and whimsical or elegant and classic.

I love to give sweet treats over the holidays - homemade baked goods or even some fun holidays candies done up in cute packaging - and so these tags will the be perfect addition to those. Plus you will make a cute box with a clear top that you can use to ether store your tags, giveaway the tag set to someone as a gift or use the box to giveaway more yummy treats! So many options.

Here is a closer look at the tags:

In the class we will be making:
3 - 2.5: square tags
3 - scallop circle tags
2 - 3" square tags
2 - 3" booklet tags
1 - cute box

The cost of the class is $20 and again I will be offering it in two locations:
Kingston | Monday, November 7th - 7-9pm
Brockville | Sunday, November 13th - 2-4pm
(if you would like to do this class but these dates don't work for you please email me)

To register for the class - email me at

There are so many options with the candy cane lane items - check out the awesome ideas right from the catalogue:

Add a gingerbread man or a cute reindeer!

So next up in our online event - is a Q&A time - if you have any questions I would love to hear from you - can be about scrapbooking, card making, paper crafting, whatever.
Text questions to 613-888-0589 or email them to

I will be answering them on my Facebook group - check it out!

A Stampin' Up! party, also called a workshop, is a creative event where you open your home/church and invite your friends to enjoy an exciting demonstration provided by me. When you host a workshop, you'll see new project ideas, learn different techniques, make a project, and have fun with people you enjoy.

As a hostess, you'll choose a date that works for us both, then invite your friends and family into your home to stamp and have fun with you. Your Stampin' Up! workshop can be as simple or elaborate as you and I want it to be. It can be a class where you make specific projects or a training to learn new techniques. No matter what you have in mind, I will help you make it the perfect event for you and your friends.

Stampin' Up! loves our hostesses! Host a party, and see the benefits of being a hostess. Not only do hostesses get to spend time with friends and family, but they also get to earn free exclusive Stampin' Up! products, receive a free Idea Book & Catalog, and learn exciting new crafting techniques and project ideas.

Based on your party sales, you can earn:
• Stampin' Up! rubber stamp sets and stamping products, available only to hostesses (see below Holiday catalogue page 3, or in the Annual catalogue page 198-199)
• Free Stampin' Up! product of your choice (see Hostess Benefits chart below for details)

Create a wish list of products you want when you host your party, and I would love to help you earn free product!

To book a party - please email me
I look forward to creating and sharing with you and your friends!

Again I'm enlisting the help of my hubby.

And the winner of the Project Life 6x8 Pocket Pages is...

Congratulations Beth - I will email you with the details!

See you back at 4pm for our last class reveal!
