A simple but so cute and impressive looking shaker card!
This shaker card is simple to make. You will need a set of shape dies, the circle ones I used are no longer available, but any shape will work, especially if you have the same shape in two different sizes.
Here are the instructions and the list of supplies are at the end of the post. Remember its Sale-A-Bration time so when you purchase $60 (before tax or shipping) you get to pick a FREE ITEM! There are variety of stamp sets and pattern paper to choose from. Shop online 24/7 or email me your order.
1. Cut your base on Whisper White Thick cardstock (score at 4.25", cut at 5.5")
2. Cut Highland Heather cardstock to 4 7/8" x 5 2/8" and secure to front of card base. CutWhisper White cardstock to 5" x 3.75"
3. Die cut the circle/shape die out of the Whisper White 5"x3.75". Cut the larger shape out with Highland Heather cardstock and then die cut the center of it out, creating a frame.
4. Glue the frame to the outside of your shape.
5. Stamp your sentiment to the front - off center leaving room from robot.
6. Stamp the robot onto scrap Whisper White cardstock in Memento Black ink and colour in using Blends. I used the Color Lifter to lighten some areas. Cut out.
7. Glue/tape the window sheet to the back and using the foam adhesive stripes go around the back side just outside of the shape.
8. Add sequins/embellishments on top of window sheet and peel off the backs of the dimensionals.
9. Cover back of shape with pattern paper (cut larger than shape). Add extra dimensionals around the outside of the Whisper White rectangle and place on Highland Heather cardstock.
10. Using dimensionals add the robot to the front of your card.
